Common questions
Do I need ID?
Yes. Tobacco and vaping products are sold to adults 19 or over, and the door asks everyone to have valid photo ID ready. Staff will ask for it, so bring it even if you are clearly over 19.
What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday, 6am to 3am. Sunday, 7am to 2am. Those closing times are the following morning, so the shop is open late every night. Holiday hours can differ, so call ahead on a holiday.
Can I order online?
No. You can build a pick up list on this site and bring it to the counter, but nothing is paid for or shipped online. Vaping and tobacco products in particular are sold in store only, with ID.
Is the store wheelchair accessible?
We have not confirmed this in detail yet. Call the shop and staff will tell you exactly what the entrance is like before you come down.
